 Rebound UK

Rebounding is a safe, effective and fun low impact exercise (when using a good quality rebounder) that involves performing exercises on a special mini trampoline using specific controlled movement patterns and rebound techniques that provide a myriad of health and fitness benefits. 

Pilates

Developed in the 20th century by Joseph Pilates, this concept is still effective and popular. Pilates strengthens the core and leads to more flexibility plus an improved balance and body control. Get a better posture and feel relaxed.

Powerhoop


Fitness with a twist-  Exercise with weighted hoops for a stronger core and a better posture. Strengthen your abdominals, lower back muscles, buut and thighs while burning calories.

Mother and Baby Pilates

Bring your baby along to our gentle pilates class and return to exercise to get back in shape :)

The class will help your postnatal body slowly recover from your nine months of pregnancy and birth. Strengthen your abdominal's and pelvic floor, decrease lower back pain and stretch out for more flexibility and long muscles.
